Admission
1. Admission are generally made in nursery classes on first come frist served basis from April every year. 2. Children coming from an unrecognized school have to qualify themselves in the admission test. 3. All cases of admission will be considered on the following groups:- (a) Availability of seats in particular class. (b) Percentage of marks in the last final examination and admission test.
Fees
Registration Fee Rs.50/-for New Entrance only. Admission Fee. 100/-for newly admitted each student Re-registration fee Rs.50/-per student. Tuition, Development, Games, library, Computer Exams. Etc. will be charged from each student as per decision of the Ex. Committee of the Mewar Samiti and in accordance with the directions of the board and State Govt. from time to time. The fee shall be collected for 2 months together at a time in January, February and March every year or as per direction. January, February and March every year or as per direction. When student drops or takes admission in mid session, he shall have to pay all general fee (Annual fee and registration fee) for full year. Tuition fee and conveyance fee for the effective month will be charged. Picnic and Tours are compulsory for each student and every student will have to Participate in it. For lX or X class students – SUPW camp is compulsory as per rules of the board and every student is required to pay for the same
Withdrawls
Notice of withdrawl must be given in writing atleast one month in advance. Failure to give such notice the student will have to pay one month’s tution fee and other fees if applicable.
Dates For Fee Collection
The fees will be collected between 1st and 10th of every month in advance, If 10th falls on holiday , the next opening day will be fee collection day without fine.
Fine For Late Payment
If pupil or parent fails to deposit the fee by 10th day of every month he will have to pay Rs. 10/- as penalty. If one fails to clear dues even after 45 days the name of the students will be struk off from the roll. The same may be Re-registered after taking a re-registration fee along with all dues from the student.
Important
1. Fees once deposited will not be returned. It is admissible as per rules.
2. Samarika or Magazines if published by the students union of the school will have to be taken by each student on payment of the cost fixed.
