Examination

Total three examinations will be conducted in an academic year.

(1) Terminal Examination in Septembe.
(2) Half yearly Examination in December.
(3) Annual Examination in March.
To clear the examination a candidate has to obtain 36 percent marks or grade point in asubject and 40 percent in aggregate. Divisions or grades will be awarded on following basis
First Devision : 60 or above 60 per cent
Second Devision : 45 and below 60 per cent
Thied Division : 36 and below 45 per cent
Or
Grade point will be awarded as per he instructions of the board & the state Govt.
There will be no supplementary examination. But remove the weakeness of the subject of the child or to strengthen him for board exam. It may be given in the Final exams.

Expectation From The Parents

1. As and when presence of the parents is needed, they are required to come on time, co-operate with the management and follow the rules strictly.
2. It is expected from the parents to see and put sign every day in daily dairy of the child for confirmation of notice or instructions.
3. Child must reach school on time and in proper uniform with all requisite materials.
4. Monthly fee and other dues be paid before 10th of each month.
5. There is no provision for half day leave in general for students.
6. Leave will be granted only on production of leave application by the parents with some strong genuine reasons.
7. Total 75 percent attendance is compulsory for each student in a year But in case of illness, on submission of medical certificate of government service Doctor’s a candidate is eligible from exemption of 10 percent total attendance of the year.
8. If your child is suffering from such disease which is harmful to other children, please do not send the child to school during his/her sickness.
9. Please do not send child with any pocket money, cellular phone or wearing jewellery. If an incidence of losses happens the school will not be responsible for the some.
